Aliens!

Second day was sorta wasted making a trip down to the police post, a.k.a 管局, and we didn’t have the necessary documentations to declare our temporary stay here (we’re Aliens :S) and finally got my SIM and called le parents before they go apeshit on me for not contacting them (it’s very strange, how the ways of Shanghai’s telecommunication is working, I had to top up to RMB200 before I was ‘eligible’ to subscribe to international call service). The weather has been really hot, like Singapore really, except that the presence of the wind can (sometimes) be felt. We then went back to Super Brand Mall (正大广场）cause I stupidly didn’t bring ANY short sleeved tops cause le mommah kept nagging at me at how cold it will be so I won’t be needing it -.- Popped by H&M and conveniently bought their 2-pack tees, the prices here are all slightly pricier than Singapore, by $2 for everything actually. Uniqlo wasn’t cheap either, in fact all the international brands that are available in the mall aren’t any cheaper than Singapore. I still didn’t dare to take photos (I know, stupid me) cause I think the chances of me being robbed is pretty high (shove > grab > go) Delish Canto style dinner with the best sour and sweet crispy pork and stewed tofu everrrrr! Okay good night I shall start taking more photos.
